Sally Hayter Physiotherapy
About Us
My name is Sally Hayter. I am a Physiotherapist who qualified from Brunel University in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. I began my career working within the Portsmouth area and quickly specialised in musculo-skeletal conditions, working in and around the area ever since. I am a member of the following organisations:
- CSP
- HPC
- AACP
- Physio2u
This ensures that my clients receive the highest quality treatment and care carried out by a therapist who follows a professional code of conduct and has full liability insurance.
I have worked in Bishops Waltham for the last eight years, previously at 'Reform' and have a large existing and regular client base with many returning customers.
Currently, I am still working in the NHS part-time in the Fareham area as a senior physiotherapist. I am responsible for students and junior staff members and this ensures that I am completely up to date with medical advances.
I gained my acupuncture qualification in 2001 and use it as an adjunct to other physiotherapeutic techniques. I am also working towards a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and would like to further my knowledge by completing this and using it towards a Masters qualification. I am constantly striving to increase my knowledge base and skill levels to provide the best, most effective levels of treatment and all round care.
I have a particular interest in chronic pain conditions such as M.E. and Fibromyalgia, and have worked with many patients helping them to both recover from an acute episode and also to reach their maximal potential recovery.
